Therapeutic Massage

Swedish~ A relaxing massage designed to improve circulation, relieve tension, and increase joint range of motion.

Deep Tissue~ Tight, contracted muscles and tendons are relieved using this form of massage. Relieving chronic tension and stress.

Sports~ Major goals are to enhance the physical condition of muscles; lessen recovery time after training or event; assist in preventing injury to the body during training or competition; and provide treatment for trauma.

Acupressure~ An ancient healing art which skillfully presses key points and meridians that stimulate the body's natural self-curative abilities. When these pressure points are pressed, they release muscular tension, and promote circulation of blood, and the body's life force energy to aid healing.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your appointment, please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled within less than 24 hours will be charged a $25 fee.

Martin Kelly, B.S., M.A., R.M.T., is a Colorado State Registered Massage Therapist, with over 20 years of bodywork experience. His extensive knowledge of the human anatomy and physiology has accumulated through continuous study and practice. He earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Education and Sports Science from the University of Maryland; Professional Massage Training and Student Clinic Supervisor at The Baltimore School of Massage and Holistic Health Center; and a Masters Degree in Qigong from Kenneth Cohen of The Qigong Research and Practice Center. His additional continuing education pursuits include certifications in Russian Sports Massage, Myofascial Therapy from the CORE Institute, as well as Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques from Erik Dalton, Ph.D. ®.
