Benefits of Tai Chi for Seniors

“I am an almost 89 year old lady first time taking Tai chi, a transplant to higher altitude from the plains. My first day at class, after class, I wasn't sure I was going to make it back home, which was just across the street! Exhausted I slept the rest of the day. Now after a good couple of months, I am so much stronger, my balance is better, I'm standing taller, breathing better, more coordinated, etc. and I still accomplish things when I get home.

Martin is an exceptionally gifted instructor and so knowledgeable about the human body, it is a real treat to learn under his teaching. The other people in the class have remarked how much stronger I am. Tai chi looks so easy, and it is, when you have a good teacher. It is a whole body and mind workout, which is fun too. It could be called a zoo, because of all the animal movements we imitate, just kidding. Come join the fun with great benefit!”
