* Animal based Seasonal Qigong:
Bear-Winter: Kidneys, Waist, etc...
Monkey-Indian Summer(early fall): Eyes, Balance etc..
Deer-Spring: Genitals, Hips, Bladders, Reproductive etc..
Tiger-Fall: Bones, Connective Tissues, etc…
Crane-Summer: Lungs, Heart, etc..
Snake: Full body coiling. Only by request

Gentle flowing movements that provide many health benefits as well as conditioning the physical body and the brain for optimal functioning.

Mountain Dragon Classes ( Adults: ages 13-64)
Students learn skills from all ranges of combat from various self-defense arts for the streets in a Mixed Martial Arts Format (MMA).

Jr. Dragons Classes ( Kids: ages 4-12)
Intro to Martial Arts, preview of Judo, Tae Kwon Do, Animal Kung Fu. Classes focus on self-defense skills, mutual respect and learning in a fun safe way
