Massage for 1 1/2hrs (Non Members)

Hands on Massage Therapy with focus on relaxation, circulation, stress reduction , followed by five minute post consultation on self-care. The following types of Massages are available:

Customized Massage

Swedish Massage

Deep Tissue Massage

Sports Massage

Orthopedic Massage

This is for in person only, and you must come to the school. We will not drive out to you at this time. We also take every precaution to help stop the spread of COVID 19.

Time table:

5 minutes to get history and have you fill out questionnaire (unless filled out online)

80 minutes Massage

5 minutes post massage consult
